Return Policy – Orness™ (United States)

 

Return Period
Customers have 90 days from the date of receipt to return their product.

Return Conditions
The product must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.

Items that are used, incomplete, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Procedure
Contact Orness™ customer service via our contact form or email to receive return instructions.

Ship the product back with the order number included to the address provided by our support team.

Return Fees
Return shipping is free for US customers if the product is defective or if there was a shipping error.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds
